What Makes Her Want to See the Globe: I think my faith is the driving force behind seeing the world. There is no way God created a world this vast and wide and full of natural beauty for us to only see what’s in our immediate view.

Ultimate Bucket List Trip: As a black woman it is very important for me to visit Africa. I have yet to pinpoint the country I want to visit because I want it to be a decision based solely on emotion (and a little research), but I have no doubt that it will be a life changing experience.

Best Way to Maximize Vacation Days: My advice to maximize your vacation time is to use it as your last resort. Take advantage of your weekends and holidays first and then tack on your vacation time if you want to extend your time away or take an international trip. I know we like to look at our weekends as only two days but to me that’s TWO WHOLE DAYS and you can do a lot in 48 hours!

Advice for Those Who Want to Travel More: Stop waiting. Stop waiting for the right time. Stop waiting for someone to go with. Stop waiting until the next time. The people you see and admire for jet setting all over the world aren’t the chosen few, they just chose to live this life, and so can you!
